Jacques Santucci is the President and Founder of Opus Consulting, a nationally recognized full-service business advisory firm, supporting cannabis companies and their stakeholders from start-up to turnaround, and offering corporate management as well as fractional c-suite services to unlock performance. With his team, he has advised over 100 cannabis ventures on finance, operations, and strategy, and facilitated the launch and management of numerous cannabis companies across the country.

Jacques also has over 20 years of experience in turnarounds and restructurings, frequently serving as a restructuring officer, court-appointed receiver, or turnaround advisor. He pioneered the receivership process for cannabis businesses in multiple states as an approved Receiver and has since been appointed Receiver for some of the largest multi-state receiverships to date, including most recently Glorious Cannabis and 4Front companies.
